Change the strategy to choose an efficient teacher.

Summery
This news is about adapting of salary of new teacher. They are increase salary to make a motivation and attractive another people who have a capability to be a good teacher.

In my view, it’s better to teacher because of a little salary of this job are effect motivations too much in their work. But morals of teacher make them pay attention to teach students. Increase a salary to teachers can give an opportunity to students to practice their skill for example Thinking and Reading activities, Development reinforce Games to support positive thinking like generous, merit, discipline etc. When they grow up, they will be a quality people and leader of Thailand. On the other hand, it has a disadvantage such as they don’t intention to be a teacher but they want money and good status. So that who want to be a teacher won’t good at teaching but they will have a heart to sacrifice themselves to give knowledge and care for their students too.
